BC77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and BC77 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website accessible at bc77.cam and any associated services, applications or content offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the BC77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" The registered user account created by an eligible individual on the BC77 Platform, through which the user accesses Services, manages funds and places wagers.
• "Bet" / "Wager" Any stake of real money placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table or any other gaming product offered by the Platform.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match offer, cashback or other incentive offered by the Operator subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator to confirm the User's identity, age, source of funds and to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Platform" The BC77 website at bc77.cam, including all pages, sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, tools and content accessible through it.
• "Services" All products and services offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, instant games and any ancillary support or account management services.
• "Restricted Territory" Any country or jurisdiction from which the Operator does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined by applicable law and operator policy. This list may be updated without prior notice.
• "Verification Documents" Government-issued identity documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — required to complete KYC verification.

Registration on BC77 is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater. BC77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Being 18+ does not, by itself, render gambling lawful in all jurisdictions.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You are not located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Territory. You are responsible for determining whether access to the Platform is lawful in your country or region.
4. Single Account: You hold no existing Account on BC77. Each individual is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
5. Own Account: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of a third party. You will not allow any other person to use your Account.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on BC77 or any other operator's platform where such exclusion may apply.
7. Funds: Any funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any detail change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

The Operator reserves the right to require KYC verification at any point — including before processing withdrawals, during account reviews or following any suspicious activity. Acceptable Verification Documents for Pakistani users include, without limitation:

• A valid, government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA, Pakistan;
• A valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within three months, where required;
• A selfie or liveness check for biometric identity confirmation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify BC77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Subject to these Terms and your continued compliance with them, BC77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree that your use of the Platform shall at all times:

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including those of your country of residence or access;
• Be for personal, non-commercial use only — commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited;
• Not involve the use of automated bots, scripts, crawlers or any software designed to gain unfair advantage over the Platform or other users;
• Not interfere with, disrupt or compromise the integrity, performance or security of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Not be used to launder money, fund terrorism, commit fraud or engage in any other criminal activity.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BC77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions, delays or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

All financial transactions on BC77 are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and are subject to change. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. BC77 does not accept deposits from third parties. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual familiarity only. These references do not constitute confirmation that any such provider supports gambling transactions or endorses BC77. You must verify available payment methods in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transacting.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance checks performed by the Operator. Processing times vary based on the chosen payment method, account verification status, and the volume of pending compliance reviews. The Operator does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe and expressly disclaims any representation of "instant" withdrawals unless confirmed at the time of transaction.

6.3 Currency. The Platform operates with reference to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for display purposes where applicable. Currency conversion rates, where relevant, are determined by the Operator's treasury function and may include a margin. All amounts are subject to the conversion rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

6.4 Cryptocurrency. Where the Platform accepts cryptocurrency deposits — including BTC, ETH or USDT — such transactions are conditional on network confirmation requirements, applicable volatility and the Operator's current acceptance policy. Cryptocurrency acceptance is not guaranteed and may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding the volatility risk associated with cryptocurrency valuations.

BC77 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are typically subject to a wagering or playthrough requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and/or the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Cricket and sports bets, slots, live dealer games and table games typically contribute at different rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and free spins expire within a stated period from the date of issue. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active per Account at any time. Participation in a new promotion may cancel an existing active bonus.
• Abuse: BC77 reserves the right to withhold, void or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where bonus abuse — including, without limitation, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — is detected.
• Modification: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible Users.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

8.1 Finality of Bets. A bet is confirmed and final once accepted by the Platform's system and a bet reference number is issued. The Operator accepts no liability for bets not confirmed due to technical failures, communication errors or network interruptions on the user's side.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. Where a bet is offered, accepted or settled at odds or terms that are demonstrably incorrect — including pricing errors caused by technical malfunction — BC77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. The Operator will act reasonably in making such a determination and will communicate the outcome to the affected User.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. For Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test, ODI and T20 series — the Operator applies standard international sports-betting settlement rules. These are published within the relevant market's rules section on the Platform. BC77 has no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team or player.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are dynamic; odds update in real time. The Operator reserves the right to suspend markets at any point during a live event to manage risk. Bets placed prior to a suspension remain valid unless an error or material event not yet reflected in the market is identified.

8.5 Casino & Live Dealer. Casino games, slots and live dealer tables are governed by the Return to Player (RTP) rates and house rules specific to each game. RTP figures are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BC77. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Using another person's Account, identity documents or payment method, with or without their consent;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any subsequent account verification process;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, chargebacks or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software or any other mechanism to gain an unfair systemic advantage;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms or arbitrage platform promotions in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server or any other mechanism to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, integrity or performance of the Platform's infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, defaming or engaging in discriminatory behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the BC77 brand name, logo, software, user interface design, text, graphics, databases, game content, trademarks and all other content — are owned by or licensed to the Operator.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from any content on the Platform other than as strictly necessary for your personal use of the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of BC77's intellectual property — including reproduction for commercial purposes, use in third-party advertising or publication online without express written permission — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC77, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred by the User, regardless of how they arise;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Services;
• Technical failures, service outages, data corruption or security breaches outside the Operator's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness or legality of any content on third-party websites linked from or to the Platform;
• Any loss arising from the User's reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional material.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

BC77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment only — it is not a reliable method of generating income, and financial losses are an inherent risk of all gambling activity.

The following responsible gambling tools are or may be made available to Users through the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Set an alert or automatic logout after a defined period of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration and will not be lifted early;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and activity.

13.1 By the Operator. BC77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Operator reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct;
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• The Account belongs to, or is being used by, a minor;
• The User is located in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Closure is required by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon closure of an Account for breach, the Operator may forfeit any bonus funds and promotional winnings held in the Account. Real money deposits (net of applicable deductions) may be returned at the Operator's discretion, subject to verification and AML review.

13.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via email at the address listed in the Contact section below. Account closure requests are processed subject to completion of any pending financial transactions and withdrawal of available real money balances.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, as specified in the Platform's official licensing documentation.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and BC77 in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact the Operator's support team to seek an informal resolution. BC77 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Operator's jurisdiction. Nothing herein prevents you from exercising any statutory consumer rights you may hold under the laws applicable to you.

For Pakistani users: the availability of dispute resolution mechanisms in Pakistan in respect of online gambling disputes is subject to local law, which may restrict or preclude recourse in Pakistani courts. Users should seek independent legal advice before pursuing any formal dispute process.

BC77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, by way of a notification on the website or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. BC77 recommends that you check this page whenever you return to the Platform after a period of absence.
